Terms of Service

You need an account to save boards. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country.

You keep ownership of every image, note and board you upload. You grant Moodkreek only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to generate thumbnails and exports.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Reference images pulled from third-party services remain subject to those services' own terms.

Do not use Moodkreek to store or share unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually exploitative material, to attack the service or other users, or to attempt to access boards that are not yours.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or removed.

Exported images and PDFs are generated in your browser from the board you composed. You are responsible for how you distribute them, including any licensing of the underlying images.

Moodkreek is provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change, and boards can be affected by outages. Keep your own copies of anything critical by exporting it.

You can delete your boards at any time. If you want your account and stored files removed entirely, contact the app owner and the data will be deleted.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
